Yes! On the homepage we list the classes that are “Available to Watch Now”. When you sign up, you will get immediate access to all of them.
Yes! Live classes are available for at least 1 month after the original class airs and you can watch as many times as you want. We also have an All Access Pass available for 24/7, unlimited access to all of our videos with no expiration dates. More details can be found by clicking the All Access Banner on the Access Tutorials page.

Yes. You can access the live stream from all devices that have high-speed internet connections.
Periodically, we make trial subscriptions available that give you access to classes for the number of days specified in the offer. After those days are up, the trial automatically converts to a monthly subscription if not cancelled through the My Account page before expiration. If there is no trial available, you also have the option to sign up for a monthly subscription, enjoy the classes for a month and then cancel before the renewal date. We list all available memberships and trials, if available, on the homepage.
This is a feature available only to monthly or annual subscribers. As a regular member, you can watch Live videos and recent videos before they expire. For $99/year, All Access Pass members can see every DYF video in our archives, 24/7 365 days a year. Please note you must have an existing membership to purchase the AAP. Think of this as an upgraded addition to your monthly or annual membership.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log in, go to “Subscription” on your My Account page then click “View” and locate the “Cancel” button under Actions area. If you are using a mobile device, you may turn your phone to landscape to see “View” button. You will continue to have access to videos until your next billing date on which your subscription will formally end.
Certifications are not available at this time.
If one of our products sells out and cannot be restocked quickly, we will send you a similar product as a substitute. We do this in order to get your package to you as soon as possible! If a product is missing without a replacement or an explanation, please contact us.
