Is DYFL available where I live?
DYFL is available in most countries worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our services in Indonesia at this time, due to censorship laws. We hope to one day re-open in the area, and we appreciate your understanding.
If I sign up, are there any classes I can watch right now?
Yes, on the homepage we list the classes that are Available to Watch Now. When sign up, you will get immediate access to watch these classes.
If I miss a Live Class, will I be able to watch it again later?
Yes, Live Classes are available for at least 1 month after the original class, and you can watch as many times as you want. We also have an All Access Pass available for 24/7 unlimited access to all of our videos. More details can be found by clicking the All Access Banner under the Access Tutorials page.
How do I access the live stream?

Can I access the live stream from a smartphone, tablet, or laptop?
Yes, you can access the live stream from all devices with high-speed internet connection.
I want to try one course before committing to a monthly subscription. How can I do that?
Periodically we make trial subscriptions available. We list the available memberships on the homepage. A trial subscription gives you access for the amount of days specified. After those amount of days are up, it automatically converts to a monthly subscription if not canceled through the My Account page after you log in. If there is no trial available, you also have the option to sign up for the monthly subscription and cancel before the renewal date.
What is the All Access Pass?
This is a feature available only to monthly or annual subscribers. As a regular member, you can watch Live videos and recent videos before they expire. For $99/year, All Access Pass members can see every DYF video in our archives, 24/7 365 days a year. Please note you must have an existing membership to purchase the AAP. Think of this as an upgraded addition to your monthly or annual membership.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel, please log in, go the My Account, and you will see the option under Members Area. You will still have access until your next billing period, which is when your subscription will finalize cancellation.
Are certifications available for online courses?
Certifications are not available at this time.
Why did I receive a different product than the ones pictured?
If one of our products sells out and is unable to be restocked quickly, we will send you a similar product as a substitute. We do this so we can get you your package as soon as possible! If a product is missing without a replacement or explanation, please contact us.
